Microsoft Users:
- Select Tools on the Menu bar
- Select Internet Options
- Select the Security Tab
- Select "Custom Level..."
- Under the Cookies header make sure "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" is set to "Enable"
- Select "Refresh" from the toolbar to continue
Netscape Users:
- Select Edit on the Menu bar
- Select Preferences
- Select Advanced (the word not the + sign in front of it)
- Under Cookies make sure "Accept all cookies" is selected
- Select "Reload" from the toolbar to continue shopping
